Welcome to Craft Sake Shoten & Kitchen, opened in 2024 in Kawasaki by two American sake sommeliers. We offer an one-of-a-kind sake izakaya experience, offering Japanese-Western fusion small plates in a modern and intimate counter only setting. Our chef crafted creative small plates goes beyond traditional izakaya offerings and showcases the flexibility of sake. The 25+ seasonal sake selection changes daily and ranges from classic favorites to rare local brews to hard-to-find premium sakes. All of these are offered at exceptionally affordable prices, with premium sakes starting at just 640 yen per glass. We invite you to enjoy a delicious dinner while discovering a wide range of sake.

Tasty and authentic tacos in Japan is a rarity, so we’ve always wanted to introduce what tacos should taste like to the Kawasaki community and beyond. Mark your calendar for 11/21 and 22, Thursday and Friday, when we’ll be serving a special menu of tacos and Mexican appetizers. Chef Justin, who worked in America for 10 years and loves Mexican cuisine from his travels there, will be serving 3 authentic tacos rarely seen in Japan. In addition, our sommelier staff will prepare the perfect sake pairing for each dish.

「銀座おのでら」の専門寿司学校で訓練を受けた柴田シェフが、4月12日金曜日におつまみと10貫のにぎり寿司を含むおまかせコースを提供します。


Chef Shibata, who trained at Ginza Onodera's Professional Sushi Course, is hosting a sushi omakase course on April 12, 2024. The course will include several small plates and 10 pieces of nigiri.
